Built in 1998, the apartments form a part of a complex of luxury apartments. They are close to all the amenities that Newquay has to offer and yet peacefully situated on the Pentire Headland in one of the nicest parts of Cornwall.
Apartment No's 2 & 5 on the ground floor have one bedroom and with the sofa-bed in the lounge can sleep 2-4 persons. The bedroom in each has two single beds which can be converted into a double bed on request.
Apartment No's 4 & 6 on the ground floor have two bedrooms and with the sofa-bed in the lounge can sleep 4-6 persons. In each, one bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds.
Apartment No.10 on the first floor has two bedrooms and with the sofa-bed in the lounge can sleep 4-6 persons. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds.
Apartment No.11 on the first floor has one bedroom with a double sofa-bed in the lounge and can sleep 2-4 persons. This apartment has a fully integrated kitchen and is equipped with a dishwasher.
All apartments are fully furnished and equipped to a high standard, nicely decorated with coved and artexed ceilings and double glazed.
All apartments are equipped with:

The apartments are all electric and electric storage heating is available for out of season bookings.
Prices for 2008:
Apartments 2, 5 & 11 - From £325 - £795 per week for 2-4 persons.
Apartments 4, 6 & 10 - From £350 - £1150 per week for 2-6 persons.
These prices include all electric, hot water, heating, bed linen and tea towels.
